Downtown Vancouver Engagement Session
As you may be able to tell by my last few blog posts, I’m really loving downtown Vancouver for couples right now! I used to think that I had to go to Portland because Vancouver wasn’t pretty/interesting/well known to me. But I am really challenging myself to see everything with new eyes and find the most beautiful parts of my city! It’s paying off! It’s a little extra fulfilling when I make a new photo in the same area or building or field, it fuels me to find more awesome areas right around me and make art instead of excuses.
Sery & Chris hired me last fall for their family session ( I think they found me on yelp?!) and I absolutely fell in love with them! They were all constantly laughing, just genuinely a great group of people. So when I got the email from Sery telling me she and Chris were engaged and they wanted me to photograph their wedding I just about DIED!! I can’t think of a better compliment than having a non-wedding client come back to me for their wedding! Their wedding in August will be one for the books.
