Villain Era Boudoir Photoshoot

Listen babes — when you’re on your third (or fourth, is it fifth?) boudoir photoshoot, you start getting real funky with your ideas. Try out some new stuff and see if it works. If you’ve been here a while, you’ll know my sister is ALWAYS down for a fun concept, and for this session, we took Jo into her villain era 😈

She fully embraced the theme, from her vinyl bodysuit and combat boots, to even split dying her hair black and red! Doesn’t she look bad ass?! We put together a mood board with ideas and photos to inspire us, and I have to say we nailed it. Down to the solid red backdrop and the spotlight (which are both now available in the studio!!!) the villain era boudoir photoshoot came to life. I’m so stoked to be sharing these with you! I hope it inspires you to embrace your bad girl side.

I will NEVER get over the spotlight effect. IT IS THE MOST FUN. You will feel like a showgirl. You will feel like a star. It’s the best. Add the spotlight to your boudoir session for a little Hollywood glam vibe! Also, how perfect of a match is the backdrop and the lipstick? Swoon.

Serving the ultimate bootylicious villain in the black vinyl bodysuit 😮‍💨 She’s exploding ultimate confidence all over the city of Portland. I especially love the anonymous shots on the fire escape, so moody!

Spotlight so nice, we did it twice! And the red-on-red look is too good. I had so much fun trying a bunch of new things for Jo’s villain era boudoir photoshoot, and believe me when I say her album is chock full of these photos! Inspired and ready to book your own boudoir session? I’m excited to have you in the studio! Click the button below to get in touch and get more information.
