Creative Boudoir Photoshoot with Themes & Props!

I was absolutely BLESSED to get my main hair and makeup artist in front of the camera again, this time in my own studio in Portland, OR! This was what I’m dubbing a super session - we had so many looks, themes, props that this can be your one stop shop for inspo for your next session! Kelsee wanted to bring a variety of things that embodied who she is, her interests, and what makes her feel like the best (and hottest) version of herself. You’ll find in this boudoir session: cozy vibes, tarot cards, a Captain America shield, and a mf sword!!

Not everyone likes to incorporate props into their boudoir photoshoot, but if you’ve been thinking about it, stay true to you. It can be something special to you, something you enjoy, something that is a big part of your life, or something that just makes you feel sexy! Props not only can add a personal touch to your photos, but they also are a guaranteed way to have a little extra fun and get creative.

I love getting the chance to photograph Kelsee. She is such an integral part of the Bloom Boudoir Experience, giving our Muses their dream glam look and helping them feel absolutely beautiful before we even start the photoshoot. Giving her the experience that she is passionate about giving our clients is the best feeling, she deserves it! Just a quick brag 🥰

Did the sword change your perspective on bringing props to your boudoir session?? I’ll admit, I enjoyed it even more than I thought I would!
